THE CREW

My name is Martin and I’m the sole owner of Revitalize Services. I’m a Locksmith by trade and entered the profession back in 2000 providing a mobile service to anywhere within an hour from my home. I then expanded into the field of Double Glazing repairs as it went hand in hand with what I was already doing.

Wayne started working for me part time at evenings and weekends at the start of 2018, whilst manufacturing double glazed sealed units for a local company. Within 6 months he decided to come on board permanently, becoming a valued engineer whom is very popular with our customers.

Phil is a very experienced operative in our field and we’ve worked alongside one another for more years than I wish to remember. He has his own business but often helps out when we need him. We don’t tend to book him any work on Mondays as he hates the weekend coming to an end, but he’s always on top form Tuesday onwards!

We all enjoy our jobs, meeting new people on a daily basis, never saying no to a cup coffee!

All 3 of us are family men too and have a combined total of 10 children.

FAQ's

Are you Fensa Certificated?
No. It is not needed to replace failed double glazed units. Fensa and similar bodies are for replacement frames complete.

If I give you the measurements of my steamed up window can you give me a price?
No. It’s not just width & height. We also need to know the thickness of the unit, type of glass and a few other more technical details.

Do you de-mist?
No. I have so many calls saying “We had it done a few months ago and now they’re all steamed up again. Too many bad reports and negativity for us to even think about getting involved in. Please call me if you want me to expand on this.

Do you have a call out charge?
No. It won’t cost you a penny for us to take a look at what needs doing. You’ll receive the quotation by your choice of email, telephone or in the post.

Have you got a shop?
No. We are a mobile business which is operated from my home address.

Are you insured?
Yes of course! Fully insured but never in all my working years have I had to use it.

Why are you called Revitalize Services?
The majority of what we do is double glazing repairs so the word Revitalize is simply what we undertake on your doors and windows. Services covers the fact that we do more than one thing. For example, we offer a Locksmith Service. Makes sense?
